We invite our Remedy Family for a second time to enjoy a day completely dedicated to yourself and your well-being. Give yourself an energy boost with some fun and challenging exercises, release energy blockages with a shamanic journey and treat yourself with a health boosting breakfast. What we call the perfect Sunday.
The Rise and Shine Sunday will include
“The Practice” with Camilla Ahlqvist – The Practice is a movement-based class that combines mindful movements with high-intensity training to unlock the patterns of your mind. The Practice Beats is a faster up-tempo practice that incorporates more dance and freedom of movement.
Halo Flow performed by Amelie Parchami – The owner of Remedy will take you through a flowy, total body workout with the Halo-trainer. A unique piece of Pilates-equipment that adds that extra challenge for strength and stability. You will feel the burn and leave a little shaky, but energised.
Shamanic Healing Group Session with Pernilla Sollander – Remedy’s own Shaman will perform a deep Shamanic Healing on the group to transform heavy energy and release blockages that hinders a free flow within the body. During the session you will receive personal guidance to unshackle conditionings within your energy body.
Healthy breakfast prepared by our nutritionist Marie Pironneau.
Special Appearance by Josefin Dahlberg and Oh La Moon – Josefin Dahlberg the founder of Oh La Moon will tell us her own personal story and showcase Oh La Moon’s magical crystals. We are very happy to announce that you will bring a “Remedy x Oh La Moon Crystal kit” with you home.

- 10.00am – Special Appearance by Josefin Dahlberg/Oh La Moon and The Remedy Edition Breakfast
- 10.45am – Halo Flow Class performed by Amelie Parchami
- 11.45am – Healthy treats and beverages
- 12.00am – Shamanic Healing Group Session
- 13.00am – End of the day. Feel free to stay and unwind together with the group in our shop.
