Breath with movement
Resilience building with Yoga moves. These classes are unique as they merge knowledge from different backgrounds. The focus is always the breath as this is a key pillar for healthy living. Then as we put the body into challenging postures we start to retrain the nervous system. Rather than being overwhelmed by the challenge we learn to relax and breathe into the moment. As we do this we begin to reshape the nervous system and the brains response to stress which is an invaluable practice for daily living.
This practice builds resilience in the body, the nervous system and the brain.
