A rejuvenating, healing and practical workshop for new moms. The focus of the workshop is restoring muscle strength, how to train and deal with diastasis recti – separated abdomen after pregnancy, and how to train mindfully can improve your mood, relieve stress and raise your energy levels.
It doesn´t matter if you are mother for the first time, or if it´s your third child – everyone benefits from these healing movements that you´ll learn from this workshop.
Included in the workshop
– A presentation of what happens to the female body during pregnancy and after giving birth. Hormones, changes in the physiology and how to get to know your knew body in terms of exercising and rebuilding the muscle- and fascia systems.

This is a day and a space dedicated to you, for you and about you. Therefore we do not allow babies to the workshop, only because you need to focus a 100% on yourself.
We will however make time for a break if your partner or babysitter will bring your baby for breastfeeding.
